The AC is broken at my workplace and it is currently a hot and consistent 85°F indoors. Efforts have been made to try to cool the place down with no avail. I am expected to work inside and wear business casual. It is miserable. I know my place is currently trying to order parts for the AC to be fixed but it has been more than a month and I am starting to lose my patience. I live in Texas. No union. What can one do?
