Okay i had to shorten the title but this boss is the treasury, i mean he hands the checks and does the wages. And this situation happened months ago but i can't let it go without someone noticing it. But he told me and my coworker to go from Norcross,Ga to Downtown Atl which is a 25 – +50 minute drive depending on the traffic. He told us to go do a delivery and send the package to the customer all there way there in our car. This is off the clock. We had already clocked out and he knew we were clocked out because he asked us to do it right when he saw us leaving the work when it was time to go.He did not compensate us for gas and the car we used cannot drive in that condition. It has some kind of engine or motor or some kind of problem that causes it to smoke every day and it smokes out the car and in the car, so we smell it while we are driving. And it also has a steering problem and it cannot drive good on the highways at those speeds, it literally does not drive good at those speeds and i does not stay at a good speed. But there was no compensation for this work at all, not under the table or on our checks at all. And also we asked him several times to increase our wage and he told me to work for McDonald's and we are very underpaid. These businesses were paying more in the peak of the virus. I will be changing jobs soon as I finish my online course but i don't know what should be done.
