This is a rant so hold on for the ride..
I work in retail- optical dispensing to be specific, now i used to work a stable roster of 4-5 days a week and i was able to manage my life around work as well.
Now we have new management that refuse to put out a roster in advanced because they cant predict when they need worker.. wtf load of shit.
They rostered me on one day a week and i was fine with that.. but they keep on calling me in because they have no one else to work. So i jusr messaged my team's group chat and said to the manager if i can please have a more stable roster and one of my coworkers starts attacking me saying that theyre doing ME a favour. I suddenly get called into work or my roster gets changed on the same day i have work!! With no notifications and I'm expected to memorise everything.. the other employees dont change their shifts like i do they work a stable shift.
So i left the group chat for my team as its not the first time they tell me off like that.. im just exhausted by their fuckery
