From my companies employee handbook. Surprised to see a company actually know the law and acknowledge it. I actually got myself a 10% raise last year after finding out what a coworker, whom I had gotten hired and spent years training, was making. I’m about to do it again after a recent nepotism hire that was brought in making the same as me despite not having anywhere near my experience (and in all honesty being a pretty useless employee).
