My new job is stealing my wages already

I’m debating whether I should leave on the spot, or give them an opportunity and hear them out, I actually liked my supervisors prior to this. California, I work 40hrs/wk and was asked to work a special company event on a weekend, we were asked not to clock in because, “lunches” ( ). I casually looked at my time card right now, which is due on Monday, and management added the OT day to the following week, where I had to miss a day of work due to personal emergency. So now this week reflects 32 worked hours + 7 hours worked the week prior which should’ve been applied to that week for a total of 47 hours worked. I’m so disappointed right now. The company is based on a different state so I’m sure they’ll use that as an excuse.
