After months of poor working conditions, poor management and incorrect pay both me and the other guy in my department have decided to move on……both of us are single points of falure in procurement, projects and equipment management…. the realisation that they may have made an error treating us badly…..priceless All projects halted, no procurement no inspections and no one to replace us in the specialised areas. Can't wait for the exit interview
