Had one of those not interviews interview with a recruiter the other day for a position that was posted as a hybrid position.
The recruiter got straight to the point & stated that the position requires everyone to be in office 4 days out of the week, blessing everyone with Friday to work from home.
I laughed in my head & immediately lost interest but of course continued the interview.
The office is downtown btw so going back into that public transportation or paying for a parking spot plus traffic routine is not in my interest.
