Most of us know there is a federal law that protects workers right to discuss compensation with fellow workers. Though, apparently there is a manager bragging on Instagram he has been firing people for discussing compensation. I wish I could identify them and give them this proof. Of course, I have no way of doing that.
Should I inform his company of what he has admitted online? It is easy to identify him on LinkedIn by his name and picture. It's definitely him. Should I contact his company, would they protect him? He is really putting them at risk for a lawsuit.
