Ada harassment and retaliation

As far as my situation, I am well medicated and usually (unless highly stressed) have no issue controlling my moods and I tend to start manic then become depressed later. 2 years ago I had a conflict with a woman coworker (Long story but she is a huge drama queen, has been caught in multiple lies and caught stalking several people and she actually accused me of stalking her, despite the fact that several people saw her following me and taking pictures of me) of course this situation caused me to go manic and basically sent me into a downward spiral. After recovering I requested a reasonable accommodation that we no longer work in the same building, which is reasonable we have areas is about 8 different buildings.
HR and my doctor and medication manager all worked and finally approved the accommodation.

My immediate supervisor and several other people above truly hated the fact that I was able to accomplish this.
I have always recorded all interactions I have with management for safety and proof

Six months later I became the Union Steward for our shift, this angered my supervisors even more.

This November I was working and my supervisor called me to tell me that the woman was going to be assigned to work in my building, but on a different floor. I reminded him that was not allowed because of the Ada accommodation, he refused saying that it was for the same floor and not same building. I told him that he was wrong and if he put her over there I would have to go home. H responded he would have to talk to his boss and hung up.
I of course immediately became manic and began becoming more and more keyed up.

About 20 minutes later my supervisor and his manager came over and said that the woman was going to be in my building and if I left I would be written up (Both were grinning and seemed happy to finally be able to discipline me).

I informed him that the ADA Accommodation in fact says the “same building” and not “same floor” and I tell him that he will be breaking federal Americans with disability laws if he proceeds. Both of the are acting so sure and smug about the situation.

That changed when I brought up the paperwork on my phone which did in fact say “same building”.

They didn’t say sorry or anything, just called the woman and told her to go somewhere else.

Then my supervisors boss, starts telling me that my symptoms are not bipolar and he knows this because his wife is a therapist.

I shut him down and end the meeting, they were SOOO PISSED!

At this point They have corrected the attempt to put her in the building but I’m pretty sure I was instantly retaliated and harassed by the manager by him arguing about my disability.

So I report them to HR and share my recordings with them (which I should have held back, but they were saying there would be no investigation because it was my word against theirs)

It took two weeks and they finally came back and said that the initial encounter was a mistake that was corrected and no further action was needed. They made some very small comment about trusting doctors to diagnosed illnesses but barely mentioned the harassment and retaliation.

I knew that I could push it farther but I would eventually be fired if I did so, plus I have until next year to file a complaint with the EEOC for discrimination.

Two weeks later my boss sends his assistant to totally and arbitrarily change my working conditions and add tasks to make my job much more complicated.

I asked if this applied to everyone and was told no, just me.

I immediately called HR and they blew it of saying supervisors have that right as management, I asked if the fact it only applies to me makes it retaliation (which it obviously was). She replied no.
I was already keyed up because of this and took a personal day.
Come to find out less than two hours later he had to inform our entire group the same rules applied to everyone.
(I’m sure it was just a coincidence LOL)
Then he took the rest of the night and the entire next week off.
So I’m hoping he got suspended, but I doubt it.

This entire time my union has stood behind me and offered support.

I’m still debated whether I should report it to the EEOC or not.

Thoughts, Comments?

Thanks
