Advice for dealing with burnout?

Essentially the title, but just some background info. I work for a pretty small startup, just myself, 2 co-workers, and 2 bosses. I’m the only developer who works on the software end of things, so this means I have to do all of the design, development, documentation, IT issues, computer security, and just whatever comes up on that front. I essentially work on the same project all day every day, have to stay late to hit deadlines and such a lot because when I get stuck on a problem I’m usually stuck for a while since I’m working on my own.

My bosses have some type of power complex, so I’m stuck working in the basement, when there is an open office space completely unused. And I think the isolation of the job is really getting to my head.

My job description seems to fit a senior developer role, but I’m certainly not being paid like one, I’m 19 years old so I make less than 50,000 a year.

Due to some current circumstances I am not in a place to quit and my salary is not negotiable, so I’m really looking for any advice for dealing with burnout because I am really struggling to get anything done these days.

All advice is appreciated, thank you.
