Advice for my first non-entry level position interview

A quick background – I have five years experience in the field I'm applying for, the reason I've always been at a “level 1” salary grade is because I took “lateral moves” to other departments to gain experience but never truly promoted. I have an interview for a job I really want tomorrow, it's more flexible, better hours, and has more responsibility. Looks good on my resume. This job is a pay grade 104 (my current is 102) and here is the rub. All of the salaries at this company from grade 101-106 start at the same base level. $45k. I have an interview for a job I really want tomorrow, it's more flexible, better hours, and has more responsibility. Looks good on my resume.

This job is a pay grade 104 (my current is 102) and here is the rub.
All of the salaries at this company from grade 101-106 start at the same base level. $45k. The maxes are just higher. 55k vs 70k for the one I'm wanting to promote into.
I have a shift bonus of 10% that I will lose if I take this new position and I made it very clear to the HR person that I definitely couldn't take a pay cut.

My question is, what should I ask for? Take home right now is about 50k with the 10% bonus I'd be losing. With the starting salaries all the same, can I just come out asking for 55 or 60k?

Thoughts please.
