Job offer less than what was advertised I recently left a job I had for two years because of new management and working 12 hour days 6 days a week (I guess I have soft hands) I found a new job that is Mon-fri was starting at 18$ I'm ok with the pay cut. I went through the interview process and got an email stating back that I'd have to go through a temp agency and my pay would be 16$ an hour, I feel perplexed by this when they were offering 18$
