Advice on how to not dread the “scolding” that’s waiting for me at work Wednesday night?

I’m not sure if this is the right sub, sorry if it’s not. I’m hoping someone has some advice on how to not dread, and be able to brush off the scolding my team lead is going to give me when I get back to work again. I know this is coming because when I had to call in sick for my shift tonight, he told me on our next shift he’ll need to “have a chat” with me about my “attendance issues”. I don’t believe I have attendance issues, being I’ve only called in 3-4 times in the 3 months I’ve been there. Aside from this, about 2 weeks ago I had a sit-down with my team lead and the big boss for a performance review. And it was all overwhelmingly positive. But I’m just a very self critical person, so I’m thinking myself to death. Any tips would…
