Title says it all. We’ve won multiple awards for the company, I listed out all extra duties I’ve taken on over the past year. They said I had salary increases but it was actually cost of living increases plus a week of extra vacation. After six years I am awarded with a title change and lip service. From now on I am only doing duties in my job description. I am done taking on extra work for no compensation.
