I have been at my job with a care facility for over 25 years now. After a managment change i am worried about lossing my job. Not for any reason other than the new managment wants to “clean house” and get ride of any long time staff. I enjoy my work and am not excited about the prospect of looking for a new job at 60. Am i protected under age descrimination laws? What steps can i take to protect myself so close to retirment age?
