age viewed as disvantage in job-hunting

How to combat age disvantage at finding the right job in your country? In China, tons of opportunities were shut down once we have over 35 years. This group is easily deemed as being incapable of accepting new ideas, bad obbediance, failing to catch up the trend and devote as much time and energy as possible at work. How to combat age disvantage at finding the right job in your country?

This group is easily deemed as being incapable of accepting new ideas, bad obbediance, failing to catch up the trend and devote as much time and energy as possible at work.

I work in the same company of 15 staffs for more than 10 years now. I sticked to this position more especially when I started to have a morgage to pay. In these two years, I reflexed to the choice of staying in the same company for how long. The company could have definitely make a leap during the 3-year Covid time. I started to think whether all this is worthy, or I need to change platform since the orders are going slow at the 2nd half of this year and it doesnt show any sign of getting better.

Compared to current job description on the human resourse market, my software skills cannot catch up since the current company is still using an ERP system made of excel in 2009. It means part of the time I spending at work is to catch up the nowadays of techonolgies.

I feel the urge to find another platform to develop my carrier because staying longer in the warm water on the fire, the easier I lost the track.

Which kind of platform is preferable to find a job where there are less discrimination against the 35 years old?
