One of the Director Assistants at my main office is known for being really hard to work with. There is currently an opening in her department and my husband was thinking of applying since the money is really good. I told him about all the people in that department, including the difficult one and he still wants to apply.
I was telling a coworker about it today. She was also thinking about applying (and will likely get the job if she does). She told me that if my husband gets it he really needs to be careful around this bitchy woman because if she doesn't like someone she will “make their life a living hell” and that I'd one reason why the last guy only lasted 6 months.
Why is that OK!? It's a known fact that this lady is a huge bitch to anyone she doesn't like. She's been with the agency 20 + years and has always been this way. I know a lady a dozen people who quit because of her. I don't understand what is so special about this woman that makes it ok for her to treat people so horribly. Worst part, she's in HR
