AI in interviewing process

I applied to a company (don't ask which one, I was job hunting for about 4 whole hours today) and during the little ZipRecruiter questionairre, they asked if I wanted to opt out of them using AI to scan my resumé. I am pretty tech savvy and frankly frightened of the rapid evolution of AI and I'm doing everything in my power to prevent it from growing any further. The idea that my career/life can be decided by a machine is the most dystopian thing I can think of. I have thought about fighting fire with fire and building a new resumé from scratch using ChatGPT for some buzzwords recruiters look for. I don't want to, I've mostly avoided using AI because I don't want to train it, but frankly I need an edge in times like these.
