The title says most of it. I put in a request off on 6/12 to have off 8/6-8/13 because my family will be going on vacation and taking both family cars while I stay home to watch our pets. I don’t have any other transport lined up and for the last 6 weeks I wasn’t told that I would be denied for my time off so my family had no reason to alter their plans. I don’t really want to lose my job as it’s nowhere near my fault we’re so short handed or behind on work but I don’t know how I should handle this.
