Already burntout at 24

Basically what the title says. I have been working since I was 16 in hospitality, and since graduating from uni 5 years ago in education and marketing. I like my job, but it's still just a job, I have other interests and want to be able to dedicate time to personal goals too. I cannot fathom working 40 hours Monday through Friday for the rest of my life, it all just sounds so depressing/daunting/unfulfilling. I'm just toiling my life away at some company that will replace me at the drop of a hat. How do you rationalize the bleak reality of work while maintaining life satisfaction?
