My company is mandating RTO and giving severance for those that don't want to relocate or move to a hybrid model. It's 2 months. We RTO in October, my thought was to push it off. I was only planning to stay at the company until December and look for a new gig. My co-workers are toxic, mostly pointing fingers at each other.
