I have worked at Wendy’s for a few weeks and I think my manager wants to meet with me to fire me. Our policy has a policy where if you call out on a Saturday you get written up. Before last night I called out the last 2 Saturdays so I have 2 write up’s from that and this Friday I almost got into a fight with a customer and my manager had to hold me back. So so walked out and did a no call no show for my shift last night. My manager said he wants to meet to discuss what happened on Friday and Saturday and discuss my employment at Wendy’s.
