Am I being too hesitate?

Hey yall I’ve been lurking here on and off for a bit. I don’t know where to even ask this question. I currently make $22 hourly working remotely. My job isn’t the worst thing ever but I’m always browsing job markets especially after long days. I am in the process of doing a second interview with a director for another job which pays $28 hourly. Both jobs are remote. The benefits are a little bit better at the first job, not by much honestly. They both have pros and cons like unlimited vacation at the new job vs only VAC accrual time at my old one. My old job does offer free schooling but only 4 classes a year at university. My coworkers at the moment as well I can tolerate. The clients though are the fucking worst. Idk should I just say fuck it and take the extra pay?…

Is it always about taking the most you can get?
