I'm three months in with a new company and have been in a number of awkward situations and heard odd statements that seem like red flags, or perhaps I'm just getting too sensitive as I get older. I'm a 40 year old white male. None of the below situations include my direct manager. This is a sales position where we meet at client sites regularly.

  1. After meeting one manager and having the usual chit chat, he asked if my kids have kitty litter boxes in their schools. I told him no, that's not a thing, yet he was insistent it happens in Missouri and then went on a rant about kids not knowing what bathrooms to use. Same manager bragged about being the only store in the area without employees wearing masks during peak COVID.
  2. On my first joint sales call with another employee and he shows up at the client site with a “Let's go Brandon” sticker.
  3. Another manager walks around the office with his Daily Wire “Liberal Tears” coffee mug. He also displays a FJB Edition emblem on his car while visiting clients.
  4. During a meeting with a partner at one of our locations, the partner pulls up his pant leg to show his GOP elephant socks, then proudly proclaims he is from Illinois, but not the “commie” part of Illinois.

Do I let it go? Say something, knowing I'm not likely to change this culture? Or move on this soon? I don't have a history as a job-hopper and would not anticipate it harming me. What say you reddit?
