Am I responsible for the company going down?

Hey people, maybe you can give your opinion on this weird situation. I work at a small agency, usually employing 6 people. Currently, there's only 3 people left. I've handed in my notice 2 weeks ago, because I don't like the position given to me and I have different plans. I've hoped the company would advertise the open positions, as the everyday work is not possible with this small amount of workers. But nothing has happened so far. There's no way they're going to find someone this quickly, as everyone has 4-week notice periods. But the company doesn't seem to care too much. Maybe they speculate on me staying after all, although I've made it clear that I'm going after the set time. I'm just thinking of the 2 remaining people, knowing they will struggle really hard.

AITA for letting the company down? Or is it their fault that they are not willing to invest in qualified workers? Do you have any tips on how I can handle this situation without causing too much drama?

Thanks a lot!
