I have a strange situation here where I am in South Africa, there is almost no work at all in the country, it's becoming a typical shithole Africa country, but my company is drowning because we have a million middle east clients. So I get an excellent wage, 30% above competitors and I am going to have to pull 60hours or more the next 3 weeks. But I am struggling, I am so tired. I came back from a weeks leave and don't feel like it at all. The thing is we cannot for the life of us find more staff either.
