Hi all, I’m not sure if this is the right sub for this but my husband and I are not sure where to ask.
My husband works in a local construction union and has been dealing with anti-LGBT rhetoric on the job site. This has been going on for a while but it’s progressed to his coworkers saying things like “we should knock on every door and kill anyone that’s gay.” My husband’s foreman is a gay woman and my husband is bisexual. I’ve told him he needs to go to HR because this is getting out of hand. He’s afraid that if he does he will get black listed in the company for snitching (both within the company and union)
Any help or insight on this would be greatly appreciated.
