antiwork job search resources?

are there resources you recommend that are good at balancing anticapitalist values and prioritizing your needs while playing along enough to find and get a decent job? I feel like all of the things I want/need out of a job, the job search process, and job search resources are really reasonable and pretty intuitive to other working people, but they’re totally incompatible with the way most job resources work. Essentially, I know exactly what I want and need, but it’s impossible to ask for it or get a functional answer. I just want to look for jobs in a way that doesn’t make me want to die until I find a job that also doesn’t make me want to die do y’all have recommendations for the least-worst resources you’ve used? Essentially, I know exactly what I want and need, but it’s impossible to ask for it or get a functional answer. do y’all have recommendations for the least-worst resources you’ve used?
I’m looking for/open to:
-both more concrete tools like job boards/things I can directly use to get a job and more general supportive materials/things I can use to understand and reflect on my experiences
-things that are easy to use and that have a clear, quick-ish benefit (vs needing to do intakes, get set up with a case manager, etc)
-links to resource posts on the subreddit (I tried a few searches, but had a hard time finding what I needed)
-job boards
-search tips and techniques to filter out more of the garbage on indeed, linkedin, etc
-blogs, zines, podcasts etc
-potentially some sort of one on one support that’s less formal and not through a state agency/nonprofit
-resources that are made by actual working people and with an antiwork/anticapitalist framework
-especially things by/for disabled and chronically ill people
-help researching job titles and fields that I could survive going into long term (googling “jobs with good work life balance” isn’t cutting it lol)
-things that focus on part time work
-sites where you can filter jobs by hours per week

things I’ve tried that suck or haven’t worked out
-Linkedin, indeed
-local nonprofit job boards
-local queer job facebook groups
-state/county career services in my area
-resources that focus too much on developing job search skills vs just getting a job
-resources that make you act like a career is important to you

logistics about me
-I have a BA in English, and my most recent job was a silly remote office admin role through a temp agency. before that, I worked in retail and restaurants for years
-I’ve been doing contract proofreading through one company for a couple of years and I really like it, but it’s been hard to find something similar for more hours. A lot of proofers and editors do freelance, but I don’t think I could manage setting up a freelance career right now
-I’m really flexible about what the actual tasks and details of a job are
-my main thing is staying out of customer service and other emotionally demanding jobs (teaching, caregiving, sales, etc) and getting something part time (20-25 hours)

thank you so much – wishing y’all the best possible
