We have a customer who’s very rude and constantly talking down to us but we continue to service him to the utmost respect. He crossed a line and was hung up on by me because instead of firing back at him I didn’t want to deal with it. He has now threatened to take his business elsewhere and upper management is defending the customer because of sales. Can I fight this or do I have to suck it up and continue to take the disrespect I am not paid enough to take?
