Any ideas on if this would be worth pursuing when I’m ready to leave the company?

TL;DR: my employers put into everyone's contract they are not allowed to talk about wage or benefits after seeing me tell a coworker on office cameras 3 years ago So I've been working for this small company for three years, back in 2020 they were helping me get to work because I was having car issues. They asked me not to tell anyone but I mentioned I was grateful for it to a coworker because it was keeping my bills paid. They saw that on the office camera (I can only guess they saw it the minute it happened? Because the call came in 30 minutes later). I got told off by my boss, my job was threatened (this is potentially recorded, but it'd require digging back a long time in their call logs) and then we had a disciplinary meeting where they informed me that I could not talk…

3 years later, I now know my rights, contract is still the same. I'm not in a stable enough place to risk my job yet but any suggestions on smart ways to go about things? I work remote across the country now so unfortunately discussing with my coworkers isn't much of an option now.
