Found a new job that’s offered me ~£8k more a year, and I’m feeling guilty about leaving my current job.. I get along well with everyone there and since they’re busy and others have left recently, they’re going to be even more stretched I’ve noticed this is a feeling I’ve had before, any advice on how to stop it? lol
