Hi all, I’ll try to keep this short.
I currently really like my job as my team is small and we all work pretty independently and can fall back on each other. We have our own credibility and don’t often need to deal with upper management unless there’s a big issue. I like this independence because being micromanaged makes me anxious.
Recently we got a new manager and he wants to implement the RACI chart into our team structure. I looked into it and it seems interesting, but I’m worried about it causing micromanagement. Has anyone had experience with RACI? Thanks in advance 🙂
