I see all kinds of people on here posting about there crappy low paying jobs that they hate. Well take a shot at being a customer service rep for progressive insurance. They job starts out at $19.50/hr, full benefits, even profit sharing. They look for people with either 2 yrs of college or 2 yrs of customer service, which can be any job that you interact with any customer.
I went through the application process, but dropped out because I got my dream job. I got through a few steps;
Application – Assessment – Recorded Interview
The assessment is pretty easy. You answer some questions about what certain words mean, what you'd do in certain scenarios, and do like a mock phone call where you pick what you're supposed to say.
The recorded interview is 8 questions and you just record your answers. They give you 2 shots and pretty much an unlimited amount of time to finish.
