Anyone think that we’re starting to see a sea change in workers standing up for themselves, as compared to pre-pandemic? Or have I spent too much time on this subreddit? :)

Title. The UAW is striking against all 3 automakers for the first time in 88 years. Many other union-organizing efforts going on, too. Etc. This seems like a sea change to me, in terms of workers standing up for ourselves more- as compared to pre-pandemic! But is that the case? Or have I just spent too much time on this sub? 🙂 Note that there are varying degrees of success, because the powers that be aren’t going to give up power just like that! But there seem to be more attempts, at least! Your thoughts?
