As the title says, apple had a profit of 100 billion in 2022 and 164000 employees. If the would pay each person 300000 more a year they would still have a profit of 50 Billion.
This goes for every single big company. The people that actually make them money (the normal employees) get paid so little while apple itself earns 100 Billion a year, which is straight up ridiculous, thats such a large amount of money.
Do the minimum, fuck those guys, they don’t deserve your dedication.
We should just make a general union for everyone, not just a company or job union, if we as a whole stand up we could do it.
