First of all I couldn’t apply without making an account and then signing in, so I did. Then I go to the upload resume part to send and I get this thing saying can not upload resume because the file is too big and I have to resize it.
I have sent that resume out so many times and attached it to so many emails and online applications, standard PDF file, never saw that before though, oh well. So I just make up some property management jobs that I did outside the country as my most recent employment.
Technically I managed the property that I was renting so sure why not. I did this because I had to add something to most recent job section.
Sent it off. The job is unloading merchandise for 4 hours in the morning M-F from a truck. It’s not exactly complicated or complex work. I have a warehouse background amongst other things.
Literally was the most ridiculous online application process I ever encountered. I get it, we’re in the digital age, I don’t get annoyed about applying online assuming it’s a simple process. What really pissed me off was I had to put my address in there too, it was a required field to send the application off so now I’ll probably get junk mail from them too. Quit acting like this is some kind of government agency and just let people send you a resume FFS.
