Are all corporate jobs like this?

Just a little background, I'm working in logistic as a purchasing officer in a hospital. I have been working in this corporate for 4 years and the pay is good but the environment is so dumb so here's a list: 1. Treating workplace like a workplace. 2. I get called arrogant for wanting to have my lunch alone and a short nap instead of joining colleagues for lunch. (P.s. I got rejected and ignored a lot when I ask if I could join them for lunch when I was 1-2 years in. So I got tired of it and prefer eating alone) 3. I hear a lot of stories about me behind my back and people giving me the look like I'm giving them a hard time when my job is to help them as much as I can. 4. Just a little background, I'm working in logistic as a purchasing officer in a hospital.

I have been working in this corporate for 4 years and the pay is good but the environment is so dumb so here's a list:
1. Treating workplace like a workplace.
2. I get called arrogant for wanting to have my lunch alone and a short nap instead of joining colleagues for lunch. (P.s. I got rejected and ignored a lot when I ask if I could join them for lunch when I was 1-2 years in. So I got tired of it and prefer eating alone)
3. I hear a lot of stories about me behind my back and people giving me the look like I'm giving them a hard time when my job is to help them as much as I can.
4. I got a lot of complaints about me when things didn't go their way but I can't complain about them and suggested by my manager I need to find a solution which I always do.
5. Manager, as in my manager, asked for feedbacks and comments but never once help as a manager.
6. Sexism.
7. Politics; verbally and email does not have to be equal. E.g. I cannot order items of the same usage, I have to order what the doctors wanted for their convenience regardless of price.
8. I have to satisfy every department (cardiology, outpatient, operation theatre, etc) finance department, for price, even disregarding the standard operating procedure which in a way, my manager indirectly asked me to disregard them from time to time.
9. I don't have a workphone, I have to use my personal phone to contact suppliers and work clerks. I don't even have phone allowance.

Does anyone working in corporate relate to this? It just makes me feel like quitting this job. The workload isn't much but the people are just fucked up which affects me mentally.
