We are having a huge wave of redundancies (quite messed up- maybe a whole new post on it once it’s all done). I’ve started looking out and I see so many people open to work on LinkedIn saying they are laid off. I was excited to get shortlisted by a company – when I looked them up it looks like they are having redundancies in another country! This makes me even more worried and insecure about having a job in the future with them.
