Considering how much more complex the change in our work environments is getting, what if teams prioritized simplifying the processes of change, focusing on phases such as, validation, assessment, and decisions, could we reclaim our sanity and perhaps make the concept of “work” more palatable? Or is the very nature of the modern workplace destined to be a total mess, pushing us further towards our anti-work goals?
