My 9-5 job requires that I and my colleagues work from home on call on certain days so that we are available for clients having emergencies.

We fought for months because our boss didn't even want to pay us at first.

We have now received an official regulation with updated information on how to calculate our pay for these on call days.

I replied to the email the HR sent our staff copying all of my 10 colleagues asking if we were going to be compensated for the hours we already did in the previous weeks and that were only partially paid according to the new regulations.

HR came in the room telling me she would check in with the boss and asking me to please only send these questions to her as my colleagues might not be interested and personal questions would just fill up their mailbox unnecessarily.
