I work at a weld shop/small factory. We make automotive racks for car parts for companies like GM, Honda, Ford. The company gave all of us a $4 raise “due to inflation” 2 years ago, but the inflation just keeps increasing. I'm making $26.60 after the raise. We're having a meeting with all the welders in 20 days. Is there a nice way to ask for another raise for everyone “due to inflation”?
