She tries to befriend the bosses and get into their personal lives and she has. One of the top managers she works under is a girl. She is treated as a friend now. On one of her first days she told the boss how she loves her hair and to friend her on facebook. It gets a little tiring to hear these comments as they feel like blatant sucking up to help job security.
