Without much detail:
During an informal conversation with my manager about the potential of applying for another position within the dept that would effectively double my hrs… he initiated a conversation that lead to intimidation about absenteeism (union protected PTO). While he usually manages early career beginners, I'm a union-raised child (go Mama!) with over 15 yrs experience in CYA management tactics.
Any suggestions from the crowd before I begin action? (Left such a dirty taste in my mouth that I'm ready to put some effort in).
*and just for the record, he remarked that my work ethics and performance have been remarked upon positively by many that I've worked with.
