Why are there so many seemingly spineless minimum wage workers asking if they can quit their jobs….. it's not like your giving up a real paycheck. 25-30k a year is a joke and your better off unemployed then being a literal slave. Get over it.

But maybe people have some other ideas. Something we can do from our homes that works? How to flip watches? Maybe buy something cheap from China and reselling it here. Not sure what ideas people have but I'm sure it will benefit this movement if people can become more independent without needing bosses.
Companies paying a living wage…
TIL that a secretary from a foreign country that I am getting dual citizenship with makes $1.50 an hour. I have been thinking of hiring one at $3.00 an hour or about $25 a day to do a lot of my busy work at my job that would allow me to get a second job to supplement my income. So on the one hand, I would be paying double what the worker would otherwise be making. However, it is a fraction of what one would pay an American. Would this be a good thing, as I would literally double someone’s income my poor home country or is it exploitative because as someone working in a high wage country it is 1/5th the value of minimum wage here?
How should I quit my job
I started at a new place recently and the money is triple my original job. I use to like working at the original it was laid back and fun but it’s too much of a shit show for little pay and after a double on Paddy’s day and what we had to deal with then going to my newer job and not having to deal with any of that nonsense along with seeing how much more I’ll be making Im just done. I wanted to do my two weeks and stuff but I’m DREADING going in tonight. I called out last week so I don’t want to again and my money from that horrid shift is there and I just know I’m gonna be dissatisfied with what I made. (Was never even shown how our tip Pool works) we just get handed cash after the shift or to pick up…
