Posting from my alt so I don’t get hate on my main. Not sure who will really care to read this or not but I needed to get it out. Recently I have seen people in this sub attack others because of that other persons salary or income. I was one of those people. TLDR: I was overworked doubling up on jobs and expressed this to the boss multiple times, he did nothing about it so I got fed up and quit. A Surprising Bar Has Been Set
I have had a health issue that was a little life threatening (fine if i got treatment but dead if i ignored it), realized it in the middle of an overnight shift. When no coworkers could/would come cover me to go to urgent care my boss and his wife split what was left of my shift for me to go. Since then while fighting with insurance to get it removed my boss has kept all of my shifts double scheduled (I'm scheduled to work but someone else is on the schedule as a replacement if needed) because he knows I need the money but wants me to be able to leave if I'm in too bad of shape.
