I worked at a small business for a few years and left. When I heard the old manager was leaving I decided to ring up the owner and asked if he needed a manager. We sat down and he gave me a long line of bull shit about how he didn't really want anyone to be a manager, and that he'll take on the responsibilities of the role. a few months later nothing was being managed as the owner was sitting at home doing nothing. Long term care facility, one nurse threatened to kill another , or kill themselves, all in front of a resident. Management sent the killer nurse home, and that was it. Killer Nurse still working 2 days later, no suspension, no firing. This is American Healthcare!
