I got contacted by a recruiter for some garbage agency. For a IT office job. They are all the same at this point. Lied to me about wage saying it’d be 24 an hour and I got bumped down to 23 (as soon as I could even see the HR website they use). By the way, if I didn’t answer immediately all forms of contact is this contractor company blowing up my phone at 6:30 AM my time. To start though, I had 1 interview on teams cam on. They decided to extend an offer great. They make it sound like a help desk job though in interview… So I waited a week for them to contact me back proposing my start date as 6/14. That day comes. They have me read a little manual about the job and responsibility from home. Like cool, doesn’t pertain to me, but am…

The hypocrisy of management claiming they listen, want your feedback, but when you raise concerns they don't want to know. In other words they want you to leave your brain outside the workplace when it suits them. They only want you to use your brain when they want to steal an idea, praise them or get you to help in their cover up.
We need to subdue these filthy rich clowns 🤡 who are advocating for the continued oppression of the working class. Middle class is vanishing because the top 1% is hoarding all the wealth and resources. The problem is billionaires, not people with a negative net worth. Challenge the bootlicker narrative everywhere you go, especially at work! https://wng.org/opinions/student-loan-debt-forgiveness-is-unfair-1687952489
Entertainment is the enemy
Entertainment such as TV, movies, video games, etc… are a form of escapism that the rich are using to make us conformists so that we don't start a coherent revolution against them. So that they can continue to bleed us dry. The blacks are no longer slaves in the ulU.S A it is now basically the entire working class all of us that aren't making high 6+ digit salariew
I just see these automated messages going out and just filling in the unique details such as your name, the job role and maybe another bit from your previous employer or something.
Job market is so out of whack

Hello everyone, a little background. I work in a group home for people with autism. The people I support are great and over the last 2 years I’ve developed a deep and meaningful relationship with them. The people I support are absolutely not the problem or reason I’m leaving. My coworkers are terrible, one is racist (openly shouted the N word with no repercussions) and constantly complains about trans and gay people without it effecting her life whatsoever. For example, she saw a trans person at a fast food restaurant and it was her go to bitch about for weeks. When I confronted her about her use of the N word she doubled down and continued to say it. She isn’t black, not even close. Many of my other coworkers sit on their ass and ignore the individuals. One in particular is just terrible. I ended up reporting him for…
Can’t believe the doors are still open.
So I've been working for this company for almost 2 years now. We've been through a few rounds of lay offs, a few rounds of outsourcing because the business is hurting pretty bad, financially. What I didn't know is just exactky how bad. I find out yesterday that our company is 1.1 BILLION in the hole. What??? I know we're owned by Blackrock and they're looking to sell us but how in the hell are the doors still open to the place. Ive been pretty miserable at this place since day 1. Now I'm just like, how does putting forth any effort whatsoever, matter now. I wish they would just shut down and give us all a severance. Realistically, how long do you think we have? I've never been in a situation with a company like this before. I knew management was shit. Now I understand better.
“Merit” increase
I got all the nice words. A great review. Then my “thank you for your dedication” salary increase letter came. 1.9% increase based on market and merit. 1.9%, not even $1/hour after over two decades in my field. The increase was supposedly based on individual performance. It doesn’t make sense. Maybe this is normal, maybe I don’t get it and should be grateful. But I don’t know how to feel anything other than insulted. This is the lowest increase I have ever received in 30 years of employment.
