Company illegally deducting to pay less fnf My notice period is 3 months I have already served 2 months now and from the very beginning I was asking for an option to buy out and conclude it ,the company was not agreeing Now they are deducting 3 months salary and loss of pay from me It's a sales profile and the reason for my resignation was salary delay over a period of 3 months

My boss is a child and the last week proved it. I am in at employee at will state working part time (just below full) for way less than anyone in my position. I ended up being the most skilled person(trade job) in the crew and now he’s kinda screwed. So of course he babies up and takes me off the schedule next 2 weeks except when he has a job no one else can do for tomorrow and Tuesday. I kinda just wanna tell him that I tried to be an adult and quit the proper way, but no thanks to do your dirty work for 2 days than goodbye.

My 22-year old step daughter has been working her first job for a few months now. She's autistic, and was nervous about joining the work force, but she found a job in a place that offers dog boarding and dog-sitting. She liked the job, as she's an animal lover and has aspirations of becoming a dog trainer. Just let me do my job and go home. I was hired to do a job, I want to come in, do that job, not worry about shit else, and go home. I dont want to have to receive irrelevant emails regarding identity politics, answer condescending questions in pop quiz's that arent relative to my job, I dont want to get online to sign some ethics pledge, I dont want to watch irrelevant videos.
