In some places hecklers have started to appear that would offer to take your shopping cart back to keep the 20-50c coin. When you reach your car and unload they come and offer to take it back. that's still mildly annoying and corps are doing absolutely nothing about it, not caring that i will go shop elsewhere. Problem is it got SUPER ANNOYING at the kaufland i would go once per 1-2 months to buy bulk energy drinks and such. You have some old guy waiting in front of the store where the carts are, and when you come back (bringing your own cart back from the car) he asks you for the coin, not planning on doing any labor himself. Ill try to be as vague as possible because im paranoid. I work in a large chain store in an outdoor apartment with plants and stuff. Im outside for 7 and a half hours a day. We have no fans out here to help with the insane heat (has been up to 30 C and will get even higher later into the summer). We have a greenhouse that is significantly hotter than it already is outside and we dont have fans there either and often have to be in there doing stuff for a while everyday. We will get sent home and get hours reduced for the simplest things such as eating sunflower seeds (god forbid its dirty outside am i right) or taking a couple minutes to be under the shade. My manager is extremely strict and i can tell they dont like me. I have to endure this…

So I've been working in factories for 10 years, my current employer has obvious nepotism and they have written me up for thing other operators don't even get talked to about. Anyways they suspended me for a day this coming Tuesday. With that bit of back story should I get myself fired so I can have time to go take a healthcare course? I was thinking about becoming a cna and I've heard unemployment would pay for some schooling.
