Been looking for a second job because i’m barely getting by as of right now. Drove around this afternoon handing out my resume to restaurants. This one place I found is requiring I go through 2 rounds of interviews to clean tables? I didn’t even go through 2 rounds of interviews for my office job… Has anyone else experienced this?

Way to instantly kill a shifts moral
Tell them they're mandatory merging to another shift, give them only two days to make a life-changing decision and tell them if they don't stay they're basically fired.
Only 3 Could’ve Been 5!!
From one of my 3 bosses.
So my job is absolute hell and I dread going in everyday, counting down the minutes until I’m free to go home and relax. I’m sick of being yelled at, berated, and talked to like I’m stupid by awful human beings. The only reason I’m staying is to show on my resume that I have work experience and obviously I need to save up money. But there are days where I don’t know how much longer I can hang on. I’m starting therapy soon and will definitely talk to her about this because some days I feel like I’m being eaten alive by the job and the people I have to deal with. It’s draining. I’ve only worked this job for 4 months, and I’m already sick of it. I want to at least do the job for a year to a year and a half to show the work…
Think about it. Their every policy decision has the end game of reducing the number of living humans. They also want to limit diversity which is what makes our species unique. What the fuck? Do they hate themselves so much that they direct it outwards? There has to be a rational explanation but the only one I got is that they are all assholes shitting on everyone. Bullies if you will.
Look I’m not very experienced and I probably don’t know half of what I’m talking about. I’m more book-smart than street and work smart. I am not educated on many work laws. But I find it fucking angering that Outback Steakhouse, my new place of work where I’m a hostess, schedules me for only a few shifts a week that are about 6 hours each (part-time work), despite my being over 18 and having open availability. They know that if they schedule me for 8 hours, they have to give me a half-hour unpaid break. And all I want is 5-10 minutes to scarf down my food and they won’t even give me that (except one sympathetic manager). I was a minor at my last job, turned 18 while I was unemployed, but that job gave 18+ year olds 10 minutes to sit down and have a meal. Not to…
